“Study the people who are flowing (in worship) and what you want to attain one day. Cultivate a life of worship on your own. Learn to fall in love with Jesus. Work out your heart for the Lord everyday.”

“I had to learn to cultivate my own song, which to me is my life with Jesus, and learn how to constantly put Him first and even when I mess up, come back to His love.”
on team building-
“Be friends with your worship team. ‘Gigging’ worship is not a good term. A healthy team needs healthy friendships within.”
what do you do to stay connected to the Lord?-
“Drive. I’ve been so busy. Honestly, I am figuring that out again right now. But these days when I drive, which is a lot, I center with the Lord in the car.”
David would like his legacy to be that he empowered people to uniquely love the Lord.
